Frequently asked questions

Yes for most visitors. 2 days covers the Alhambra, Albayzin, Sacromonte, and a proper tapas experience. 3 days is better if you want a day trip to the Sierra Nevada or a second, slower Alhambra visit.

As soon as you have your dates. 3 months in advance for high season. The morning Nazaries slot on Day 1 is the ideal anchor for the rest of the itinerary.

Plan 3 to 4 stops per evening. Each tapa comes free with a drink, so a drink at 4 different bars equals dinner.

Absolutely. Granada is walkable. You only need a taxi for the Sacromonte evening flamenco (or a 20 minute uphill walk).
