Option 1: Skip-the-line guided tour
The most reliable option. Tour operators hold dedicated ticket quotas. Expect 55 to 75 EUR per person. See our fast track tours.
Option 2: Dobla de Oro ticket
The Dobla de Oro General includes the full Alhambra PLUS monuments in the Albayzin. It is a separate ticket pool from the standard 18 EUR one, and often still has availability when the general is sold out. 27 EUR.
Option 3: Night Nazaries ticket
A different ticket pool entirely. Runs Tuesday to Saturday at 22:00 in summer. 10 EUR. Only the Nazaries, no Generalife or Alcazaba. See our night visits.
Option 4: Resold slots
The official site releases cancelled tickets back into the pool sporadically. Best times to check: 8 AM and 6 PM the day before your target date. Refresh every 5 minutes for 30 minutes.
Option 5: Shift your date by one day
If Tuesday is sold out, try Monday. Many visitors only check one day and give up. A single day shift is often all you need.

Licensed tour operators purchase blocks of tickets in advance through a professional quota system. They hold those slots until their tours fill up, so they often have spots when the general public site is empty.
Yes. The Dobla de Oro General includes the full Alhambra (Nazaries + Generalife + Alcazaba) plus several monuments in the Albayzin (Banuelo bathhouse, Dar al-Horra palace, Corral del Carbon). It costs 27 EUR and often remains available when the standard 18 EUR ticket is gone.
In theory yes, but in high season they are gone by 9 AM. Do not rely on this.
Sometimes. Check the official site at 8 AM and 6 PM the day before. Cancelled tours and unclaimed slots are returned to the pool.
